Intelligent Optimal Wood Cross-Cutting System

This system, comprised of a visual scanner and two Optimal Cross-Cutting Saws, automatically scans all four surfaces of wood,

 accurately identifying material defects such as knots, defects, cracks, and rot.

Based on the scanned data, the system intelligently generates the optimal cutting plan and synchronizes it with the Optimal 

Cross-Cutting Saws for automated cutting. 

This complete system significantly reduces manual intervention, significantly increases wood processing output and raw material utilization, 

and establishes a new model for efficient and precise wood processing.
